I enjoyed a four-night stay at Pier One Sydney Harbour in January, and I must say that the location is ideal, providing scenic views while being a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of Circular Quay. My room was spacious, well-appointed, and exceptionally clean. However, I did encounter some service hiccups during my visit, particularly regarding responsiveness and attention to detail. Overall, my experience was positive, but there are areas for improvement.
